Do you sometimes find yourself struggling to find answers? Do life’s problems leave you feeling like you’re at the end of your rope, and you’d rather just give up?
We’ve all been there…lost in the chaos of the world’s busyness, not certain if we should continue on the same path or make an uncertain turn.
There is one thing we should all be sure of, and that is God has the answers. Nothing we encounter in this life is too hard for Him to provide a way. His way is the sure way. We won’t fail in our walk if we pray and trust His answers. Talk less and listen more, but listen to the right voice…God’s voice. You’ll know it, for He speaks with truth and light.
Psalm 86:7 “In the day of my trouble I will call upon You, For You will answer me.”
The following poem is found on page 173 of my book, Heart Written – Breaking Free:
Questions flow throughout my mind
While answers lie in wait,
Leaving me confused and torn
Because of past mistakes.
Why can’t life be an open book
And confidence secured?
Our problems would be minimized;
Uncertainties, be cured.
But life is full of twists and turns
Because of man’s great sin.
There is no easy way through life.
On God, we must depend.
So, Lord, I’m trusting in You now,
As down this road, I go.
Remove all doubt that I have owned
And cause my faith to grow.
When questions overwhelm my soul
And answers I can’t find,
I’ll rest in thought of Who You are
And leave all fear behind.
